XLA has an immediate opening for an Acquisition Analyst to provide program management and strategic consulting services to the leadership of the State Department’s Bureau of International Information Programs (IIP) and act as a liaison between IIP and the State’s Office of Acquisition Management. Emphasis will be on assisting IIP adopt modern approaches to managing and delivering digital services including the appropriate use of the cloud technology, web-based solutions and social media based on knowledge of the Bureau’s mission, the federal procurement process, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). XLA is hiring a Senior Procurement Analyst with Agreement or Contracting Officer’s Representative (AOR/COR) experience to support the USAID/India’s Partnerships for Innovation Office in New Delhi under a 6-month contract. USAID/Tanzania through XLA, Inc. requires the services of a Senior Procurement Analyst with experience as an Agreement Officer’s Representative (AOR) or a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) under a 6-month contract.
