XLA has an immediate opening for an Acquisition Analyst to provide program management and strategic consulting services to the leadership of the State Department’s Bureau of International Information Programs (IIP) and act as a liaison between IIP and the State’s Office of Acquisition Management. USAID/Tanzania through XLA, Inc. requires the services of a Senior Procurement Analyst with experience as an Agreement Officer’s Representative (AOR) or a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) under a 6-month contract.
