REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Please note that some solicitations may have slightly different requirements from the typical ones shown below. In case of differences, the posted solicitation is the document that governs. If you have any questions, please contact GlobalCorps.
Applicants interested in applying for an open position MUST submit the following materials:
(1) A complete and hand-signed* federal form OF-612 (Resumes or CVs in lieu of the OF-612 Form are not acceptable).
VERY IMPORTANT!! - Use as many OF612 Continuation Sheets (available below) as necessary to present your full work history in the OF612.
(2) A supplemental document specifically addressing each of the five (5) Quality Ranking Factors (QRFs)/Evaluation Factors shown in the solicitation.
Please note that all information to be evaluated by OFDA or OTI must be contained in the factor response document and the OF-612 Form and may not depend on reference to your resume. No exceptions to the minimum document submission requirements will be allowed. Incomplete applications will NOT be reviewed.
*Applicants are required to hand-sign the Applicant Certification statement on the OF-612 Form. OF-612 Forms received without a hand-written signature will not be considered for the position.
